Hey there! It looks like the Maple Leafs are dealing with some injury challenges, especially with Matthew Knies being placed on IR. It's tough to see a young talent like him sidelined, especially after showing such promise with 12 points in 20 games this season. The hit he took from Zach Whitecloud was definitely a hard one, and while it was deemed clean, it just goes to show how physical the game can be.
On the bright side, it’s great to see Alex Nylander getting a chance to step up. He’s had a solid season in the AHL, and it’ll be interesting to see how he performs with the big club. The Leafs have a lot of depth, but they need to stay healthy if they want to make a serious run this season.
