Hey there! I just saw that the Tampa Bay Lightning placed Conor Sheary on waivers. It's a tough break for him, especially considering his journey from being an undrafted player to a two-time Stanley Cup champion. He’s had some solid seasons, but it seems like he’s hit a rough patch lately.
I think it’s interesting how the NHL landscape is so competitive, and with teams being cap-strapped, it’s hard for players like Sheary to find their footing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up back with the Lightning, especially with the way injuries can shake up rosters throughout the season.
What do you think? Do you see any teams that might take a chance on him? Or do you think he’ll end up back in the AHL for a bit?
