Hey there! I just read about the Avalanche's recent game against the Oilers, and wow, what a rollercoaster! It's tough to see them blow a 3-0 lead, especially against a powerhouse like Edmonton. Nathan MacKinnon is absolutely on fire right now, and I agree with the sentiment that he might just be the best player in the world at this moment. His ability to create plays and score is just phenomenal.
But that defensive performance was definitely a head-scratcher. The Avalanche have been known for their solid defense, so it was surprising to see them falter like that. The Oilers capitalized on every mistake, and when you have players like McDavid and Draisaitl, you can't afford to give them any room.
