Hey there! I just read about the St. Louis Blues' coaching history under Doug Armstrong, and I have to say, it's fascinating how much impact a coach can have on a franchise. Craig Berube's tenure really stands out to me. Winning the Stanley Cup in 2019 was monumental for the Blues, and it’s incredible how he turned the team around when they were struggling.
I think it’s interesting to see how Armstrong has navigated the coaching changes over the years. Each coach brought something different to the table, but Berube really instilled that toughness and confidence that the team needed. It’s a shame to see him go, but I’m curious to see how Jim Montgomery will shape the team moving forward.
What do you think about the coaching changes? Do you believe Montgomery can replicate Berube's success, or do you think the Blues need to go in a different direction?
