Hey there! I just read about Michael Pezzetta's situation with the Canadiens, and I have to say, it's a tough break for a player who brings so much grit and determination to the ice. It's frustrating to see a guy who can really contribute in terms of toughness and energy being sidelined for so long.
Pezzetta is the kind of player that every team needs, especially when the going gets tough. His ability to engage physically and stand up for teammates is invaluable, and it seems like the Canadiens could use that kind of presence right now. I get that the team has other players who can fill that role, but having a player like Pezzetta in the lineup can really change the dynamic of a game.
It's a shame that he's been a healthy scratch for so long, especially after signing that two-year extension. I think it would be a good move for the Canadiens to explore trade options for him. He deserves to play, and there are definitely teams out there that could use his style of play as they gear up for a playoff push.
What do you think? Should the Canadiens keep him around, or is it time to let him find a new home where he can shine?
