Hey there! Did you catch the Maple Leafs game against the Lightning? What a rollercoaster! They started strong with a 4-0 lead, and then the Lightning made it interesting with that late surge. But Joseph Woll really stepped up, making 38 saves! It’s exciting to see him emerging as a reliable number one goalie. His stats are impressive, and if he keeps this up, he could be the long-term solution the Leafs have been searching for in net.
And how about Matthew Knies? Coming back from injury and making an immediate impact with a goal and an assist is just what the team needed. He’s showing that he can be a key player for them. Plus, Mitch Marner extending his point streak is just phenomenal. He’s really solidifying his place in the franchise's history.
I’m also intrigued by Chris Tanev’s performance. It’s not every day you see him score like that! It’s great to see the depth in the lineup contributing. With the injuries still affecting the team, every bit of scoring helps.
