It's tough to see the St. Louis Blues struggling like this, especially with the talent they have on their roster. The injuries have definitely taken a toll, but it's frustrating to watch them rank so low in both goals for and goals against. You'd think with the offseason moves they made, they would have found a better balance by now.
Jordan Binnington has been under a lot of pressure, and while his numbers aren't great, I agree that it's more about the defensive support—or lack thereof—than his individual performance. The goaltending duo should be solid, but if the defense isn't stepping up, it puts so much strain on them.
And don't even get me started on the special teams! A power play that ranks 27th is just unacceptable for a team with playoff aspirations. They need to shake things up and find a way to get their best players involved, especially when they’re missing key contributors.
