Utah Hockey Club's Struggles with Hayton and Doan 

It's tough to see the Utah Hockey Club struggling, especially after such a promising start. Barrett Hayton and Josh Doan are clearly talented players who can make a significant impact on the ice. It's frustrating to watch them being underutilized, especially when the stats show how effective they can be when paired with the right linemates.

Hayton's early success with Keller and Schmaltz was no fluke. He thrives in that setup, and it seems like Coach Tourigny needs to recognize that and revert to what was working. The numbers don't lie; when Hayton is on the ice, the team performs better in terms of scoring chances and overall possession. It's all about finding that chemistry, and it’s clear that he needs to be back on the top line to maximize his potential.

As for Doan, it's a shame to see him sent down after showing promise. His ability to generate scoring chances and contribute defensively is invaluable, even if it doesn't always show up on the scoresheet. The team needs to focus on the bigger picture and recognize the contributions of players like him who may not always get the credit they deserve.
