But what really caught my attention is the discussion around team dynamics. The Oilers came so close to the Cup last season, and it just goes to show that having the best players doesn't guarantee success. Look at the Panthers! They had a solid team effort and managed to take it all the way.

Draisaitl is such a powerhouse, and if he can find that chemistry with McDavid again, the Oilers could be unstoppable.
