What a game! The Calgary Wranglers really showed their strength early on, but I have to give credit to the Tucson Roadrunners for not backing down. Curtis Douglas is a beast! His fight and then scoring his first goal of the season really fired up the team. It’s always great to see a player step up like that, especially when they’re known for their toughness.
The Roadrunners had a solid comeback attempt, and it’s impressive how they clawed back to make it a one-goal game. That kind of resilience is what makes hockey so exciting! I love how the game can shift in momentum so quickly.
And let’s not overlook Kailer Yamamoto’s eight-game point streak! That’s a huge accomplishment and shows how crucial he is to the team’s offense. It’s a shame they couldn’t complete the comeback, but they definitely made it a thrilling finish.
What do you think about the Roadrunners' chances moving forward? Do you think they can build on this performance?
