Hey there! It looks like the NHL trade rumors are heating up, especially with the Nashville Predators looking for a top-six forward. It's interesting to see Barry Trotz already hinting at a rebuild plan this early in the season. I mean, it’s a bit surprising, right? Usually, teams wait longer before making such drastic statements.
The Predators have some talent, but their five-on-five play is definitely a concern. It’s clear they need to shake things up a bit. Finding a solid top-six forward is no easy task, especially since those players are so valuable and hard to come by. I think they might have to look at their prospects in Milwaukee and see if any of them can step up sooner than expected.
On the other hand, the Colorado Avalanche seem to be struggling with their roster construction too, particularly at the second center position. It’s tough when injuries hit, and they’ve tried a few different players there without much success.
