Hey there! I just read about the New Jersey Devils' wishlist for the upcoming season, and I have to say, I'm really excited about their potential! They’ve been playing some solid hockey, and it’s great to see them leading the Metropolitan Division.
Their need for more follow-through on shots is definitely something they need to address. Scoring 3 goals on 30 shots isn't going to cut it if they want to make a deep playoff run. If they can convert more of those opportunities, they could really put pressure on their opponents and secure their spot in the playoffs.
And speaking of goalies, having a healthy tandem is crucial. Jake Allen's return is a big boost, but they need him to stay healthy to give Jacob Markstrom the rest he needs. A strong goalie duo can make all the difference in tight games.
I’m also keeping an eye on Jesper Bratt and Jack Hughes. If they can both hit that 80-point mark, it would be a huge accomplishment for them and the team. Who knows, if they keep up their pace, they might even flirt with the 100-point club!
