Hey there! I just read about the Edmonton Oilers and their struggles this season, particularly with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. It's interesting to see how a player who once had such a high offensive output is now being considered for a role change. I think it could be a smart move to drop him down in the lineup. Sometimes, a shift in responsibility can reignite a player's game, especially when they have the defensive skills Nugent-Hopkins possesses.

The Oilers have a lot of talent, and with McDavid and Draisaitl leading the charge, they can afford to experiment a bit. I agree that keeping the lines consistent is important for chemistry, but when things aren't clicking, you have to be willing to make adjustments. Nugent-Hopkins has shown he can be a game-changer, so maybe a new role could help him find his groove again.

What do you think? Do you believe this lineup shuffle could be the spark the Oilers need to turn their season around?
