You'd think with Matthews, Marner, and Nylander on the ice together, they would be able to capitalize on those opportunities. It’s baffling how they can’t seem to find the back of the net when they have the extra man.
And let’s talk about the defense. Those lapses in the second period were killer. Allowing the Blues to score three quick goals is a recipe for disaster. They need to tighten up and stop giving away those easy chances. It’s frustrating to see them struggle with clearing the crease and allowing screens.
