Blackhawks' Trade Deadline Candidates: Hall, Donato, and Jones 

Hey there! I just read about the Chicago Blackhawks and their current situation. It's tough to see such a storied franchise struggling at the bottom of the standings, but I think their approach to tanking for high draft picks is a smart move in the long run.

Taylor Hall seems like a prime candidate for a trade, especially with his contract situation and the fact that he hasn't been able to replicate his past success. It’s a shame because he was such a dynamic player in his prime. I think if they can find a team willing to take on his contract, it could really help them rebuild.

Ryan Donato is another interesting case. He’s been a solid contributor, and I can see him being a valuable asset for a team looking for depth scoring. His cap-friendly contract makes him appealing for many contenders.

And then there's Seth Jones. His contract is a bit of a double-edged sword. He’s a quality defenseman, but that cap hit is hefty. If the Blackhawks can find a way to move him, it would give them more flexibility to build around their young talent, especially with Connor Bedard in the mix.
