What a thrilling game that was! The Bridgeport Islanders really put up a fight against the Hershey Bears, but it’s always tough to lose in the final seconds like that. You have to admire the resilience they showed, coming back to tie the game after being down. Marc Gatcomb's performance was impressive, and it’s great to see him finding his stride.
The AHL is such a competitive league, and it’s exciting to see players like Pinho and Gauthier stepping up. Pinho tying for third in goals is no small feat, and it’s clear he’s becoming a key player for the Islanders.
It’s also interesting to see how the Bears managed to turn the tide in the second period. Scoring four goals on just 12 shots shows how quickly things can change in hockey. That slap shot from Miroshnichenko must have been a beauty!
